1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all members who use the pu99 platform and its website (https://pu99.cam). pu99 is an online casino and sports betting platform in Bangladesh that provides entertainment gaming services to players.

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be considered void.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following details are required:

• Correct date of birth
• Active mobile number and email address
• Valid address in Bangladesh

3 Account Verification

pu99 reserves the right to verify account ownership and identity at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit the following documents:

• Scanned copy of your National ID card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• A recent selfie or photo

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. The payment method registered on the account and the withdrawal method must be in the same person's name. Sending funds to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited to pu99 using the following payment methods:

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). No casino fee applies at the time of deposit, though the payment provider may have its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Account verification must be completed.
• If the wagering requirements of any active bonus on deposited funds have not been met, withdrawals may be partially or fully put on hold.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit, where applicable.
• Under anti-money laundering (AML) policy, unusual transactions may be held pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pu99 offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳2,000 for the first time, you will receive an additional ৳2,000 as a bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means that before withdrawing the bonus amount, you must complete total bets equal to 25 times the bonus received. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can only be used to play games on pu99 and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met to convert a bonus into cash.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time — refer to the specific promotion's terms.
• pu99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any special offer or promotion at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.
• Certain games or game categories may not qualify for bonus wagering.

5.4 VIP Program

pu99 has three VIP tiers for active members:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. The specific benefits for each tier are determined by pu99.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on pu99 are operated through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers. Game outcomes are determined in a neutral and fair (fair play) manner. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions and data secure.

6.2 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

If any game or bet is not completed correctly due to a technical error, server issue, or any other reason, that bet will be cancelled and the funds returned. pu99 is not liable for any loss arising from a technical error.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed. In the case of a self-exclusion request, reopening the account will not be possible before the specified period has elapsed.
